When it comes to building robust and lasting structures, the quality of materials used is paramount. Satya TMT Bars, a flagship product of Satya Steel a proud subsidiary of Shreesatya Group stand out as the top choice for construction in Eastern India. Renowned for their superior strength, innovative design, and advanced manufacturing processes, Satya TMT Bars are the go-to solution for builders and engineers who demand the best.
Satya Steel - Desh ka Steel are treated through Hennigsdorfer Stall Engineering GmbH (THERMEX) Quenching, Tempering and Cooling stages with Grades Fe500, Fe500D, Fe550, Fe550D & Fe600. We also produce EQR & CRS quality TMT Bars. Born out of Innovation Satya Steel - Desh ka Steel aims to establish its presence in the emerging market needs for the superior quality standards with uniformity in Grade & Dimensions. It is 15% more economical than ordinary TMT Bars having excellent elongation, bend, rebend & superior weldability. Better ductility due to extremely low sulphur & phosphorous content which makes it strong enough to withstand jerk loads during earthquakes. Once more Satya Steel - Desh ka Steel subjected to a mechanical and chemical tests at par with IS 1786:2008 with sizes 8, 10, 12, 16, 20, 25, 28 & 32 mm.

Thermex Technology
M/s HENNINGSDORFER STAHL ENGINEERING GmbH's Thermex® technology for quenching and tempering TMT (Thermo-Mechanically Treated) bars is designed to provide superior uniformity in the properties of these bars, making them ideal for use in infrastructure and high-rise residential constructions. The unique properties of TMT bars produced using Thermex® technology are achieved through a two-phase cooling process that results in a distinct difference between the peripheral layer and the core of the TMT bar.
In the first phase of the cooling process, the TMT bar is subjected to intensive cooling in the Thermex Water Cooling system. This rapid cooling of the surface leads to the formation of a martensite zone in the outer layer of the bar. Martensite is a very hard and strong phase of steel, contributing to the surface's hardness and strength.
The second phase involves a slower cooling process where the core of the TMT bar is cooled over an extended period in the open air. This gradual cooling allows a ferrite-pearlite structure to form in the core of the bar. Ferrite-pearlite is a combination of two microstructures that provide the steel with better bendability while maintaining its strength.
The key benefits of this two-phase cooling process in Thermex® technology are:
Uniformity in Strength: The combination of a hardened surface and a softer core ensures that the TMT bars have uniform strength properties throughout their cross-section. This uniformity is crucial for structural integrity in construction.
Toughness: The martensitic surface provides toughness and resistance to wear and tear, making the TMT bars durable in demanding construction applications.
Ductility: The ferrite-pearlite core contributes to the ductility of the TMT bars, making them more flexible and able to withstand bending without breaking.
